Commissions

I love creating one-of-a-kind items for people. Just because it isn't specifically listed on the website doesn't mean it isn't available – all you have to do is ask! 

Examples of commissions I've done:

• custom earrings for a bridal party
• changing earrings to a keychain
• changing earrings to a necklace
• swapping a mismatched pair of earrings to a matching pair
• creating a resin keepsake necklace
• redesigning an existing style to be studs instead of dangles
• changing metal jewelry for those with metal sensitivities

Production Time & Shipping:

Processing time is currently 3-4 business days (excluding weekends) for items made-to-order. I typically ship same-day or next-day for items I have on-hand.

Commissions and custom orders have a 14 business day processing time.

Refund Policy

Because of the nature of handmade jewelry, no two pieces are exactly alike. If the item purchased breaks within 14 days of arriving, I will repair or replace it at no cost to you. I do not offer exchanges.

I will happily offer a refund or replacement if an item has been lost or damaged in the mail. Contact support@flowersisters.studio with your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the damaged item.
